The Challenge
Coffee giant 7 Brew needed to offload their complicated merch operations.
When coffee giant 7 Brew caught wind of work Spectrum Promo was doing to improve efficiencies for another QSR, they wondered if we could help them scale, too. (We were already managing Swag Days for their new stands, producing 2,000-3,000 shirts for every new 7 Brew launch.)
As they grew rapidly, the question evolved: could we help them keep pace to operate more efficiently as their footprint expanded?






The Solution
As we sat down to discuss web store solutions, the complexity became clear immediately. 7 Brew wasn’t dealing with one audience—they were juggling multiple groups with completely different needs, all requiring branded materials:
- Stand operators needed marketing collateral and operational materials (think banners, branded sauce bottle labels, free drink cards)
- Brand enthusiasts wanted 7 Brew merch to show their loyalty

A one-size-fits-all webstore wouldn’t cut it.
So we built three customized web stores, each tailored to its specific audience. Stand operators gained bulk ordering capabilities—multiple sizes and colors from a single screen for grand opening swag. 7 Brew fans got a streamlined experience designed for quick, personal purchases. Employees accessed a curated shop with everything they needed to represent the brand.

Beyond the web stores, we engineered backend systems to handle operational complexity, including inventory management, automated fulfillment workflows, and scalable processes that could grow alongside 7 Brew’s aggressive expansion.


The Results
Today, our system processes 150+ custom orders daily for 7 Brew alone, with peaks reaching thousands during busy seasons.
These robust web stores have enabled 7 Brew to scale at breakneck speed, from 13 stands when we partnered together to hundreds of stands today.
